Spring Cleaning #30: Take a Load Off Our Drives

It's not the first time when I'm checking the P:, S: and Z: drive, but I never worked with them. For the first time placed a file on S: drive and after that I deleted. At work I don't have a personal computer so I can't work with P:, S: and Z: drive as much and I can'tdelete something what is not mine.

In September 1956 IBM launched the 305 RAMAC, the first computer with a hard disk drive (HDD). The HDD weighed over a ton and stored 5MB of data.

Spring Cleaning #29: Email

I have a personal Yahoo account for awhile. I like to be organized so i don't like to keep old emails. I regularly purge my "trash" and bulk email folder.

About HCPL account....to be honest I don't like to use this account for personal purpose. I have very few addresses in my address book. I read my emails every day and I'm looking back to the old one trying to delete them.

Spring Cleaning # 28 Don't Clutter up Expensive Cyberspace

I start reading about GTD few days ago, it is useful, specially for those people who doesn't like to be organized.GTD is the popular shorthand for "Getting Things Done", the groundbreaking work-life management system and book by David Allen that transforms personal overwhelm and overload into an integrated system of stress-free productivity.
The principles are:
- Collect
- Procces
- Organize
- Review
- Do
I open an account with Google calendar, in this one I can put notes, check schedules and friends birthdays.
I was curios to know about "Remember the milk" and I found it very interestng and this one can be added to Google Calendar, cool.
